Mikki Denney Wright resigned her position as Gophers women's soccer coach, athletic director Joel Maturi announced Tuesday. Denney Wright, who has led the program since 2004, said she is stepping aside to devote more time to her family.
In her eight years at Minnesota, Denney Wright compiled a record of 91-60-14, including a run over the past four years in which the Gophers won more than 70 percent of their games (53-19-8).
