Sure things

Ohio State: Class of the league?

Michigan State: RPI of 4 doesn't lie.

Michigan: Quietly very solid.

Wisconsin: Not pretty, but wins are wins.

Safe for now

Indiana: Big early wins carrying Hoosiers.

Work to do

Purdue: Lacks signature wins.

Gophers: Two losses to Iowa hurt.

Illinois: Lost six of past seven.

Northwestern: Big stretch coming up.

Long shot

Iowa: Bad losses doom RPI (131).

Better win Big Ten tourney

Nebraska: Rough first year in league.
