Unlike most of the free world, we hadn't watched the video of the Tasing of a young Phillies fan running onto the field (one who apparently asked his dad if he should do it). Instead, all we had seen was the close-up pictures. But having finally checked out the video, all we will say is this:
1. Of course the fan is a total clown.
2. Of course we shouldn't feel bad for him.
3. Of course ... with 8 guys trying to tackle him, he probably didn't need to be Tased. Somebody wraps up a little earlier, and nobody is talking about it. Instead, it's 7 guys giving half-hearted, amused chase and one very vigilant man with a device he would like to use. At least that's how we watched the video:
