No Clutterbuck tonight; Hedican jersey retirement

Posted by: Michael Russo under Wild game coverage Updated: December 5, 2009 - 7:02 PM

Cal Clutterbuck won't be in the lineup tonight for the Wild. He's been battling the flu.

James Sheppard, supposed to be a scratch, should replace him unless John Scott plays wing. Scott and Jaime Sifers are both skating warmups. Update: Scott scratched for Sifers; Sheppard in.

Also, Bret Hedican, who recently retired from the NHL, will have his jersey retired tonight by North St. Paul High. It's at 7:15 p.m. at Polar Arena if you want to check it out.
