Star Tribune columnist Gail Rosenblum passed along this photo from a friend, who saw these at the Target store near Southdale on Tuesday.
According to the friend who e-mailed Rosenblum, the jerseys were hanging on at least two racks. With their NFL-licensed tags dangling, several of the rookie quarterback’s g-less souvenir jerseys hung from the rack along a highly traveled aisle in the Edina store.
Last month, the Colorado Rockies held a giveaway of 15,000 jerseys for star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki -- and left out a letter in his name.
The Rockies ended up going through with the giveaway, but have promised fans they could exchange the flawed shirts for new ones with the correct spelling.
