Michael Rand started RandBall with hopes that he could keep lies from conquering the minds of the weak. So far, he's only succeeded in using the word "redacted" a lot. He welcomes suggestions, news tips, links of pure genius, and pictures of pets in Halloween costumes here, though he already knows he will regret that last part.

Danica Patrick announces via Facebook that she's getting a divorce

And yes, while auto racing's Danica Patrick didn't exactly break up with her husband on Facebook, it is the method she chose in breaking the news to her fans.
"I am sad to inform my fans that after 7 years, Paul and I have decided to amicably end our marriage. This isn't easy for either of us, but mutually it has come to this. He has been an important person and friend in my life and that's how we will remain moving forward."
So she still wants to be friends?
It's complicated.
