Packers QB Aaron Rodgers sensitive about height, upset at '60 Minutes'

As one might have expected, Aaron Rodgers was indeed less than thrilled with the CBS News magazine 60 Minutes portrayal of him on Sunday night.
But what bothered Rodgers more than so much of the segment being devoted to depicting him as being sensitive about his height (6-foot-2) was the fact that the show completely ignored the MACC Fund, the Milwaukee-based charity that funds research of childhood cancers and blood disorders. While 60 Minutes attended and filmed “An Evening With Aaron Rodgers,” one of the events he and the charity put on annually, there was nary a mention of the charity or its work.
“To be honest, I was really surprised,” Rodgers said Tuesday on his weekly radio show on 540 ESPN and ESPNWisconsin.com. “It’s always interesting to see how (a piece like that) comes out. I just felt like the editing of the piece could have been done in a way that was maybe a lot more respectful of myself.
The key takeaway from all this, if you are a Vikings fan with good seats at the Dome, is that Rodgers is sensitive about his height. Want to throw him off his game? You know what to do.
