The Wolves' Sioux Falls, S.D. affiliate in the NBA D League is holding player tryouts in five U.S. cities, from Philadelphia to Orlando and Miami and yes this weekend in MInneapolis.
After going 25-75, the Skyforce is looking all over for help, including from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Timberwolves' Target Center practice facility.
There's a $150 nonrefundable registration fee intended to keep anyone and everyone from walking in off the street. Such local college prodcuts as North Dakota's Travis Bledsoe and Minnesota State-Mankato's Marcus Hill are among those who have already signed up.
