This could be some kind of record -- if anybody kept this stat -- the Lynx have had six different leading scorers in the past six games:

Lindsay Whalen, 25 points vs. Chicago

Seimone Augustus and Rebekkah Brunson, 16 vs. Phoenix

Monica Wright, 18 vs. San Antonio

Augustus, 18 vs. Los Angeles

Maya Moore, 19 vs. Connecticut

Candice Wiggins, 25 vs. Tulsa

Here is a breakdown of the number of times different players have led the Lynx in scoring this season. It adds up to more than the 18 games the Lynx have played because, in a few games, players tied for the scoring lead:

Augustus 7

Moore 6

Brunson 3

Lindsay Whalen 2

Taj McWilliams-Franklin 1

Candice Wiggins 1

Monica Wright 1

MOORE TALK

Maya Moore, the Lynx's second-year forward, was on a U.S. Olympic live chat this afternoon. To see and listen to her, click here.

Asked about the style the U.S. team will play, Moore said it will be a run and gun team and "that's the most fun way to play." She said the team also will be able to execute in the half court.

She expects the uniforms will be predominately red, like they were for the 2010 FIBA World Championships. Moore played on the U.S. team which took first that year.

WHALEN TALK

Lynx point guard Lindsay Whalen was on KFAN this afternoon with Dan B. She said her favorite basketball players early in her life were Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Kevin Garnett and more recently Steve Nash and Ricky Rubio.

She said the Lynx's defense was the reason the team lost three games in a row recently. The Lynx, she said, had to get back to guarding players, keeping them out of the lane.

"We had some fun and shared the ball" on Tuesday, Whalen said, referring to the Lynx's victory at Tulsa.

Asked if she cries after losses, Whalen said that she does not: "I sit and thing for a long time. .... It takes me a little while to snap out of it."

She said the idea she will be playing for the U.S. team in the Olympics is becoming more real. Her family is going there, too. And she is looking forward to wearing a beret in the opening ceremonies.

* Upper deck will be open for Thursday's noon game between Lynx and Tulsa. Largest crowd of season expected, maybe approaching 13,00, mostly kids. It's boys' and girls' camp day.

AROUND WNBA

San Antonio won its eight game in a row, beating Chicago 77-68 on road. The Sky (8-8) is 1-7 since guard Epiphanny Prince has been sidelined with a broken foot.

Sophia young and Danielle Robinson each had 16 points for the Silver Stars (12-5) who are only 1-1/2 games behind the Lynx in the West.

Ex-Lynx Shay Murphy led Chicago with 20 points; she was four of five on three-pointers. Tamera Young added 18 points. Sylvia Fowles, meantime, was two for nine from the field and scored just six points. So her streak of 83 games in double figures ended.

Fowles, a 6-6 center, also did not reach double figures in rebounds like she usually does. She had seven.

In Seattle, Atlanta beat the host Storm 70-59 as Sancho Lyttle scores 21 points. Rookie Shekinna Stricklen led the Storm with 16 points.

Angel McCoughtry, the Dream's leading scorer, sat for her third consecutive game because of a knee injury. Seattle center Ann Wauters missed her fourth consecutive game because of a strained left Achilles.
