Maybe C.J. Wilson is just admiring Target Field all over again. But after he tweeted that a while ago (and we re-tweeted it), Amanda Rykoff sharply noted that this isn't exactly C.J.'s Target Field debut.
Indeed, a quick check of Baseball Reference shows Wilson pitched there twice in 2010 (losing both times) and once in 2011 (getting the win).
Glad to have you back, C.J. Maybe it's just more awesome now?
Pujols, Wilson and Co. face the Twins at 3:10 today. How many meaningful runs will our local lads score?
Note: Just to clarify, we understood the Angels debut/No. 33 part. It was the "I've gotta admit this Twins stadium is awesome" part that made it sound like he was seeing it for the first time.
