Wolves starting center Nikola Pekovic says he's not 100 percent, but says he's ready to play some tonight against the Kings in Sacramento on his hurting ankles.

Rick Adelman didn't sound nearly as sold, but it still looks like Pek will play at least some.

"I'm not sure what the best thing to do is," Adelman said. "We may play him a few minutes in the first quarter and see how he responds, see he moves. Since he has been hurt, he really hasn't done much. I just hate to throw someone out there who hasn't been able to go out there and do a lot of things. I'm a little leery of it."

The compromise just might be this: Start Brad Miller at center, then bring Pekovic off the bench and let him test that right ankle.

Tonight is Miller's last time in uniform at the arena he called home for so many years.

Adelman said Miller will play tonight -- and it won't be just a sentimental assignment -- "whether he likes it or not" because the Wolves need all the help they can get against big DeMarcus Cousins.
