Tim Tebow spent more than 30 minutes at the podium on Monday in what was perhaps the longest and most well-attended press conference for a backup quarterback in NFL history (which hilariously was going on in NYC at the same time as the NIT pre-tourney press conference). A few of the highlights:

Tebow on Tebowing: "I'm pretty sure I'm not the first athlete that's gotten on my knee and prayed but somehow that's called Tebowing and I'm not sure why."

Of course, not everyone makes such a big deal about his or her faith. But he does have a point.

Tebow on pressure: "I play better when I have more on the line. When that feeling goes away, that'll probably be when I stop playing."

Either that, or he'll throw too many incompletions for anyone to want him on an NFL roster.

Tebow on presumed starter and personality opposite Mark Sanchez: "Me and Mark. ... He told me we are going to have a lot of fun together."

By that, he presumably means Tebow will have fun on the field while Sanchez is miserable, while Sanchez will have fun off the field while Tebow is somewhere else.

Tebow on the Broncos: "There's no ill will toward the Broncos coaching staff or Peyton Manning ... I wish them nothing but the best."

Tebow on Rex Ryan: "We've always had a good relationship... I got to see Hard Knocks and how he coached and that was fun."

Tebow should have circled back to the Ryan question at the end and said, "But [redacted] does he say [redacted] a lot," then dropped the mic and left.
