'U' climbs one or two spots in national hockey polls

The Gophers moved up one spot in the USCHO.com poll and two in the USA Today, to Nos. 6 and 5 this week after sweeping Bemidji State.
They took a bigger jump in the more important PairWise ratings, which mimic how the NCAA fills out its 16-team tournament field. There they went from No. 14 to a tie for No. 8, actually they are eighth because they win the tiebreaker (better RPI) with Maine.
