According to multiple sources, Clear Channel and the Minnesota Wild are expected to announce later today that the Wild will move from WCCO to KFAN beginning next season.

The deal is a 3-year deal, I'm told. The Wild had been on WCCO since its inception.

In fact, the relationship with KFAN should begin this summer with draft specials and things like that, and the Wild now gets the support of all six radio stations in the KFAN studio building.

Earlier today, WCCO announced it will broadcast the Timberwolves beginning next season. You can read about that on Jerry Zgoda's blog here.

Come back later today for a blog from Kent Youngblood on today's Wild practice.

Also, just an fyi, Mikael Granlund through 2 periods today had 2 goals and 3 assists in HIFK's 6-0 lead over Lukko. A win advances IFK to Finnish Elite League Finals.
