Michael Rand started RandBall with hopes that he could keep lies from conquering the minds of the weak. So far, he's only succeeded in using the word "redacted" a lot. He welcomes suggestions, news tips, links of pure genius, and pictures of pets in Halloween costumes here, though he already knows he will regret that last part.

The Baseball Project's "Don't Call Them Twinkies," featuring your mentor Craig Finn, is available as a free download from the Amazon website place.
It turns out he's right. Looks like it was just released for free today. So go get yourself a free download.
Also, the usual RandBall disclaimer that while Finn's current band, The Hold Steady, is a terrific group, you should really check out his previous band, Lifter Puller. Because that was the best band ever.
