STOCKHOLM - Kaio Almeida of Brazil has broken the world record in the men's 200-meter butterfly at a short-course World Cup meet.

It was the fourth world record at the meet. Earlier Tuesday, Jing Zhao of China twice set new marks in the women's 50 backstroke. Felicity Galvez of Australia also set a world record in the women's 100 butterfly.
