Happy homecoming for Kobe

• L.A. LAKERS 114, PHILADELPHIA 102: Kobe Bryant tormented his hometown team again, scoring 32 points to help Los Angeles rebound from a last-second loss with a victory over the host 76ers on Wednesday.

"It's fun when you can bring fans into the game," Bryant said.

The Lakers never let the middling 76ers get too close in this one and improved to 15-2 one night after they lost in Indiana on a late tip.

Andre Miller scored 26 points and Andre Iguodala had 19 for the 76ers, who played the entire fourth quarter and the last four minutes of the third without Elton Brand. He was limited to three points on 1-for-7 shooting in 25 ineffective minutes before leaving because of a strained right hamstring.

• BOSTON 114, INDIANA 96: Rajon Rondo notched his first career triple-double, and Ray Allen scored 31 points, leading the host Celtics over the Pacers on for their 10th victory in a row.

Rondo scored 16 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and handed out a career-high 17 assists. Kevin Garnett had 26 points and 14 rebounds for the Celtics, who matched their longest winning streak since their 2007-08 championship season.

• ATLANTA 105, MEMPHIS 95: Joe Johnson scored 26 points, and Mike Bibby had 20 points and 10 assists for the host Hawks. Atlanta welcomed back Josh Smith after its $58 million forward missed the past 12 games because of an ankle sprain. In 28 minutes, he had 14 points, six rebounds, five assists, four turnovers and one block.

• PORTLAND 98, WASHINGTON 92: Brandon Roy scored 12 of his 22 points in the final eight minutes to help the Trail Blazers extend their winning streak to six games by coming back to beat the host Wizards. One of Roy's most important baskets came on a drive to his left past defender DeShawn Stevenson to set up a lefty layup, giving Portland a four-point lead with 35 seconds to go.

• CLEVELAND 118, NEW YORK 82: LeBron James scored 21 points and then grabbed an early seat on the bench as the Cavaliers improved to 10-0 on their own floor for the first time in franchise history with their 14th victory in 15 games. Wearing replica wine-and-gold uniforms from their 1970 expansion season, when they played at dingy Cleveland Arena, the Cavs built a 42-point lead in the second half.

• MIAMI 93, UTAH 89: Dwyane Wade scored 23 points and the Heat climbed back above .500 by beating the Jazz in Salt Lake City. Injured Utah forwards Carlos Boozer, Andrei Kirilenko and Matt Harpring watched from the bench in suits.

• HOUSTON 103, L.A. CLIPPERS 96: Yao Ming had 24 points, Rafer Alston sank five three-pointers and had 21, and the host Rockets beat the Clippers. Ron Artest scored 19 points, and Yao grabbed 10 rebounds and went 12-for-13 from the free-throw line for Houston.

NEW ORLEANS 104, PHOENIX 91: Chris Paul had 24 points and 15 assists to lead the host Hornets over the shorthanded Suns, who played without stars Steve Nash and Shaquille O'Neal.

• CHARLOTTE 103, OKLAHOMA CITY 97: Emeka Okafor had 25 points and 13 rebounds to lead a balanced attack for the host Bobcats, a victory that sent the Thunder back to its losing ways.

• MILWAUKEE 97, CHICAGO 90: Charlie Villanueva came off the bench to score 11 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter, and seldom-used Dan Gadzuric had 11 points and 14 rebounds, lifting the host Bucks over the Bulls.
