I arrived at the ballpark this afternoon to find a throng of fans already here.

For a fleeting moment, I thought I had screwed up the start time. I thought that the nightmare I have three to four times a year had finally become reality.

No, it's Hello Kitty bobblehead night.

The giveaway has led to thousands of fans already here, getting their grill on, throwing balls around the parking lot.

And there's more.

Kevin Hart is performing tonight at the Oracle Arena, which is a Byron Buxton throw from here.

No way they suits organize something like this if the Yankees, Red Sox or Los Angeles Trouts of Anaheim are in town. Nope they did it because the lowly Twins are in town and there shouldn't be a lot of people at the game.

Slap. In. The. Face.

Torii Hunter walked around the clubhouse last night yelling. ``this is my last game as a 30-year old." Yup, the old man turns 40 today. Hunter is batting .256 with two home runs on his birthday. His most recent birthday blast was in 2002 in Cleveland.

No Twins lineup yet. Will post when I can.
