Wayzata is back on top in Class 3A boys' golf, winning the state meet Wednesday by three strokes. Moorhead senior Dane Sethre-Hofstad shot a 69 to win individual honors in the two-day tournament, one shot ahead of Owatonna senior Peter Jones.

In Class 2A, Mankato East and Blake shared the team title. In Class 1A, individual honors were shared by Brock Bliese of Mounds Park Academy and Ryan Pederson of United South Central.

Results of the girls' state tournament in each class won't be known until rounds are completed later Wednesday.

Class 3A, Bunker Hills in Coon Rapids

Boys' winners

Individual: Dane Sethre-Hofstad, Moorhead, senior, 74-69-143

Team: Wayzata

Of note: The Trojans, after winning three consecutive state championships from 2009-2011, were the runner-up the last two seasons, both times by one stroke. Wayzata won by three shots over Edina on Wednesday.

Class 2A, Ridges of Sand Creek in Jordan

Boys' winners

Individual: Reece Sanders, Blake, sophomore, 67-71-138

Team: Mankato East, Blake

Of note: The winning teams finished 15 shots ahead of the second-place team.

Class 1A, Pebble Creek in Becker

Boys' winners

Individual: Brock Bliese, Mounds Park Academy, freshman, 76-70-146; Ryan Pederson, United South Central, junior, 74-72-146.

Team: Mounds Park Academy

Of note: Bliese, a freshman, also won the title last year.
