Like you, Vikings players watched the Super Bowl last night. And like you, they couldn't believe what they had just seen when the Seahawks threw the ball from the 1-yard line late in the game.

In case I assumed incorrectly that you had watched the game, here's a quick recap of the frantic finish. The Patriots were clinging to a 28-24 lead in the final minute and the Seahawks were on the verge of a go-ahead touchdown. On second down, the Seahawks, coordinated by former Vikings offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, asked quarterback Russell Wilson to throw a quick slant instead of handing the ball to running back Marshawn Lynch. Patriots rookie cornerback Malcolm Butler made an incredible individual effort to jump the route and intercept Wilson to seal the victory.
