FIRST INNING

Twins: Brian Dozier singled to center off L.A. Dodgers starter Red Patterson. Joe Mauer singled to left, Dozier advanced to second. Trevor Plouffe reached on a fielder’s choice to second, Dozier advanced to third and Mauer was out at second. Chris Colabello walked, Plouffe advanced to second. Josmil Pinto hit a sacrifice fly to right, scoring Dozier.

SIXTH INNING

L.A. Dodgers: Scott Van Slyke tripled to right off reliever Anthony Swarzak. Juan Uribe singled to center, scoring Van Slyke.

Twins: With Brandon League pitching, Plouffe was safe at first and advanced to second on Uribe’s throwing error. Colabello reached on an infield single, Plouffe scored on League’s throwing error.

L.A. Dodgers: Adrian Gonzalez homered to left-center off reliever Michael Tonkin.

L.A. Dodgers: Van Slyke homered to left-center off reliever Brian Duensing. Uribe walked. Justin Turner grounded into a double play, Uribe was out at second. Drew Butera homered to left.

Twins: Jason Kubel singled to center off reliever Kenley Jansen. Eduardo Escobar walked, Kubel advanced to second. Dozier walked, loading the bases. Mauer hit a sacrifice fly to left, scoring Kubel.
