MIDWEST REGION FINAL INDIANAPOLIS
[2] MICHIGAN (28-8) VS. [8] KENTUCKY (27-10)
4:05 p.m. • Ch. 4
The skinny: The Wildcats have made it this far by beating the region's top seed and the defending national champions in consecutive games. Both victories came after they trailed by more than one possession at the final media timeout. But, as they did against Wichita State, they came up with the big shots and stops Friday against rival Louisville. The Harrison twins were especially effective, with Aaron Harrison hitting the go-ahead three-pointer. Michigan, trying for its second consecutive Final Four, built up a big lead Friday before having to hang on for dear life to beat Tennessee.
