The program’s leading scorer (15 goals and 38 assists) helped Farmington go 16-0-1 in the last 17 games and finish the regular season with an overall record of 21-3-1. Here is a closer look at Novak:

The best movie I’ve seen in the last year? “White House Down.”

Three songs I never skip on my iPod are … “Till I Collapse” by Eminem; “Boulevard Of Broken Dreams” by Green Day; “No Option” by Kid Ink.

Three words my friends or teammates might use to describe me? Playmaker; quick; funny.

At my first varsity practice, I felt … a little nervous but excited to be there.

What do you work on in the offseason? Skating, stickhandling, and shooting pucks while trying to get stronger and faster.

What is your favorite meal before a game? Peanut butter and banana sandwich.

What is your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Being the first Farmington team in over 38 years to win the Missota Conference this year. [It’s also the final year of the conference, which is dissolving.]
