Replay will be used at Midway

The independent American Association will use instant replay during its All-Star game in St. Paul on July 22.

The Saints will play host to the event at Midway Stadium, and Best Buy Co. will supply a system that puts replay in the palm of the umpire's hands.

The crew chief will have a mobile phone in his pocket equipped with streaming video and TiVo.

It will enable him to pause, fast forward and rewind the play on the phone's video screen.
