About 250 of the nation's top figure skaters will compete for national championships in 12 events, across three skill levels: novice, junior and senior, with senior being the top division.

NBC, Ch. 11 locally, will carry the event over the weekend. The coverage schedule:
Saturday
3-5 pm: Pairs free skate final
7-10 pm: Free dance final, ladies' free skate final
Sunday
6-8 pm (tape): Men's free skate final
