Burglary. An adult was arrested for burglary of an occupied dwelling on the 15300 block of Dunbar Avenue.
Assault. An adult was arrested for assaulting police officers on the 15000 block of Glazier Avenue.
Obstruction of the legal process. An adult was arrested for accepting liability for crimes of another person on the 15300 block of Dunbar Avenue.
Theft. Two mountain bikes were reported stolen on the 4300 block of Metcalf Drive.
Theft from vehicle. Tools stolen from a work truck at Century Link, 1075 Lone Oak Road, were recovered from a stolen vehicle by the Lakeville police. The recovered items include a Milwaukee hammer drill, band saw and ladders.
Theft from vehicle. A wallet, iPod and GPS system were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1900 block of Diffley Road.
Theft. Three women reportedly took Boost Mobile phones from Best Buy, 1235 Town Centre Drive. The suspects left in a 1999 BMW 323i registered out of Minneapolis.
DWI. A 34-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of E. Hwy. 13 and Portland Avenue S.
Drug activity. A 19-year-old Lakeville man and a 19-year-old Burnsville man were arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 15100 block of Buck Hill Road.
Assault. An adult was arrested for assault in the 100 block of 5th Street.
Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle on the 200 block of Elm Street.
Criminal property damage. Charges are pending in a case of criminal property damage valued at more than $1,000 on the 17500 block of Eureka Avenue W.
Criminal sexual conduct. Charges are pending in a case of criminal sexual conduct on the 7100 block of Upper 163rd Street W.
Theft. Charges are pending in a case of theft of items valued at more than $1,000 on the 21000 block of Heron Way.
Criminal sexual conduct. An adult was arrested for criminal sexual conduct in the 300 block of W. 145th Street.
