Theft. A 22-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for theft from a Target store at 810 County Road 42 W.

FEB. 10

Public nuisance. An officer responded to Syndicate Street and Valley Green regarding juveniles throwing bottles onto the roadway. An officer found a broken bottle but the suspects already were gone.


WEEK OF JAN. 22-28

Theft. A 51-year-old man was arrested for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm, 17070 Kenrick Av.

Theft. A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked inside a garage on the 16000 block of Horizon Avenue. The garage door was left open overnight.

Drugs. Officers responded to the 17000 block of Encina Path regarding a person in need of assistance. A 40-year-old man ended up being arrested for assault and possession of a controlled substance.

Drunken driving. Officers responded to the 20000 block of Keokuk Avenue regarding an intoxicated person causing a disturbance. The suspect drove away before officers arrived. The vehicle was located and a 47-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving.

Theft. A caller reported that $660 in cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 20000 block of Heritage Drive.

Theft. Three juvenile males were cited for theft after they were caught stealing Pokemon cards at Wal-Mart, 20710 Keokuk Av.


FEB. 3

Drugs. A 36-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

Theft. Someone drove off without paying for their gas, valued at $39.32, at Shell, 4805 Dakota St.

Warrant. An 18-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested on a Rice County warrant for receiving stolen property while she was at Mystic Lake Hotel, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

Drugs. A 22-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and on two Scott County warrants on the 100 block of Flandreau Trail.

FEB. 4

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for drunken and careless driving after she was observed driving the wrong way on Hwy. 13 and Duluth Avenue.

FEB. 5

Theft. Leggings valued at $98 were stolen from the 5000 block of Bluff Heights Trail.


JAN. 24

Drugs. A 26-year-old Buffalo man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a legend drug at Mystic Lake Drive S. and 17th Avenue E.

JAN. 25

Burglary. A 48-year-old Victoria man was arrested for burglary and theft on the 4200 block of Jarmann Lane.

JAN. 28

Drunken driving. A 34-year-old Shako­pee man was arrested for drunken driving and speeding on Marschall Road and 4th Avenue.

JAN. 29

Driving violation. A 17-year-old Shakopee girl was cited for failure to drive with due care following an accident at Vierling Drive and Spencer Street.

Drugs. A 24-year-old Apple Valley man was cited for possession of marijuana after he was stopped for a traffic violation near Hwy. 169 and County Road 83.

Soliciting. A 19-year-old Duluth man was cited for soliciting while standing on the roadway at Canterbury Road and Hwy. 169.
