Saad beat Pekka Rinne with a one-timer from the left edge of the crease after taking a pinpoint cross-ice pass from Patrick Kane.

Corey Crawford made 37 saves for Chicago, which was swept by the Predators in the first round of postseason play last April.

Patrick Sharp scored with 5:36 left in the third period for Chicago.

Pittsburgh 4, Florida 3: Sidney Crosby scored two goals to lead the host Penguins past the Panthers.

Dallas 3, Colorado 1: Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn each had a goal and an assist in the second period and the host Stars held off the Avalanche.

N.Y. Islanders 3, San Jose 1: Anders Lee, Brock Nelson and Cal Clutterbuck scored goals as the visiting Islanders beat the Sharks.

Los Angeles 4, Buffalo 2: Drew Doughty's power-play goal with two minutes left was the winner for the host Kings.
