Penn State scored the first three goals and held on to edge Ohio State 4-2 on Saturday in a matchup of two ranked Big Ten teams in Columbus, Ohio.
The No. 2 Nittany Lions, who lost 3-0 in the first game of the series, took a 1-0 lead into the third. Erik Autio scored for Penn State at 3:10 and Ricky DeRosa shorthanded at 7:57 as the lead grew to 3-0. Nick Schilkey rallied the No. 11 Buckeyes (10-4-4, 2-2 Big Ten) with two power-play goals within 43 seconds in the middle of the period.
Chase Berger added an empty-net goal for the Nittany Lions with one second left.
Ohio State's Christian Frey had 39 saves. Peyton Jones stopped 24 shots for Penn State (14-2-1, 3-1).
Wisconsin 5, Michigan State 1: Luke Kunin, the Wild draft pick recently returned from the world junior championship where he was the captain of the gold medal-winning U.S. team, scored two goals to lead the host Badgers (10-7-1, 3-1 Big Ten) over the Spartans (4-13-1, 0-4).

Colorado College 2, Minnesota Duluth 1: Mason Bergh and Teemu Kivihalme scored and Alex Leclerc made 26 saves as the visiting Tigers (6-12-2, 2-6-2 NCHC) upset the No. 1 Bulldogs (12-4-4, 8-3-1). Adam Jones scored the lone UMD goal on a power play early in the second period. Kivihalme, a defenseman from Savage, scored about four minutes later. The teams played to a 2-2 tie Friday.
North Dakota 7, Omaha 3: Tyler Jost and Christian Wolanin each had two goals and one assist to lead the No. 7 Fighting Hawks (12-6-3, 5-4-1 NCHC) over the No. 18 Mavericks (11-8-3, 4-6) in Omaha.
Miami (Ohio) 4, St. Cloud State 1: The visiting RedHawks (7-8-5, 3-4-3 NCHC) scored three goals in the third period to sweep the No. 20 Huskies (9-10-1, 4-7-1).
