Michelle L. Bartell, 45, of Cedar, Minn.,&nbsp;was driving the first car that spun out on an icy spot in the northbound lanes of I-35 at 7:56 a.m. &nbsp;A second driver, Maria Wilson, 34, of Pine City, also spun out. Bartell and Wilson were waiting for a tow truck when a third vehicle, driven by William B. Franks, 58, of Chaska, rolled over nearby. When Bartell and Wilson went to check on Franks, Bartell was struck by a fourth vehicle driven by Tirrell Corgard, 70, of Roseville, according to the State Patrol. Bartell died at the scene. Franks suffered minor injuries, and the other drivers were uninjured. ]]></description>
