I just finished reading the story collection "Oranges" by Minnesota author Gary Eldon Peter. It is a poignant, lovely, personal story that is beautifully written and very genuine. I met Gary at Rain Taxi's Book Festival and am so glad I bought this book. Loved it, and am recommending it to my friends. (The author will be at the Hamline Midway Public Library in St. Paul at 7 p.m. Feb. 6.)
