ProFootballWeekly reported that the Vikings and tight end Visanthe Shiancoe have discussed a contract extension, according to sources.
Shiancoe, who has two years remaining on his current deal, would like to be paid among the top five tight ends in the NFL, according to the website. ProFootballWeekly said a deal is not imminent, but that talks are taking place.
