When making an introduction, say the name of the person with greater seniority first and introduce the other person to him or her -- unless a client is present, in which case the client gets top billing.
At the start of meetings, establish rules for timeliness, electronic devices and speaking in turn.
When getting into a car, position the person of prominence in the back seat, curbside.
If you must leave the table mid-meal, slightly fold your napkin and place it either to the left of your plate or on your chair.
Pass bread baskets counter-clockwise.
