I was pretty bummed to learn yesterday that Hormel will not be supplying hot dogs at the new Target Field ballpark.
It's not as if there won't be any hot dogs at the new stadium. That would be insane. Baseball and franks go together like Nick Punto and a poorly-executed head first dive into first base. The team plans to announce which company will have the honor of providing Minnesota Twins fans with dogs in 2010 and beyond in the coming weeks.
In remembrance of the Hormel Row of Fame, here is some random guy getting all fired up during the wiener ditty.
Rest in peace, Hormel Dollar-a-Dog night.
