The Vikings' victory over the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday provided Fox with huge viewership figures.
In fact, with Brett Favre, the Cowboys and playoff all mixed into the equation, the game attracted 37.7 million viewers. That made it the most watched program on television since last season's Super Bowl when Pittsburgh edged Arizona.
Overall, an average of 33 million viewers watched NFL games last weekend, the most for an NFL Divisional Playoff weekend since January 1994 and a 15 percent increase from last season (28.8 million viewers).
