Quality help for Quality Inn problem

Check this out: Lester Schrenk, an 86-year-old Bloomington WWII airman, was charged $200 for allegedly breaking a mirror during his stay at a Fort Pierce, Florida, Quality Inn. His many attempts to right the situation failed. Christopher Elliott, a.k.a. the Travel Troubleshooter, whose column appears weekly in the Travel section, got him a refund pronto. "Mr. Elliott is such a kind man, and quick. I'd send him an e-mail, and I'd get a response in 5 minutes."
