A 21-year-old man was killed early Saturday in a rollover accident on Hwy. 169 near Zimmerman, Minn., in Sherburne County, according to the State Patrol.
Eric K. Gareis, of Zimmerman, was driving his 2000 Ford Mustang south about 11:30 a.m. when his car crossed into the northbound lane of Hwy. 169 near 225th St. NW. and rolled. Gareis, who was wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene.
Alcohol is not thought to have been a factor, the patrol said.
