Whether it is the weather or finally some warmer water temps the catch continues to improve. We have seen several nice walleyes from Long Lake as well as Potato and Island. This weekend will again prove to be a great time to be on the water. Night Crawlers and Red Tails are the bait of choice. Leeches are at the end of their season with only medium to smalls left. Remember, this weekend is the archery opener so get your bows tuned up now!
