Lectures, decisions ... another recount day

• The state Canvassing Board lectured the Coleman and Franken campaigns about too many ballot challenges (about 4,000).
• The board voted to accept the original machine tally of votes in a Minneapolis precinct where 133 ballots are missing, apparently restoring net 46 votes to Democrat Al Franken.
• The board voted to recommend that counties count absentee ballots mistakenly rejected.
