Ordal was a senior investment and trust manager for Northern Trust and previously worked for Bremer as a trust metro marketing manager. He worked for Wells Fargo as a private client manager and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Dougherty & Co., Minneapolis, named Jeff Seidel senior vice president in its public finance area. Seidel is an adviser to the California Infrastructure Bank in Sacramento and a board member for American Solutions for Business in Glenwood, Minn.
