Brunson just missed a double-double with 10 rebounds and nine points. F Maya Moore is the WNBA's leading scorer, averaging 24.3 points per game. G Lindsay Whalen is 10th (15.4) and second in the league in assists (5.6).

Mercury update: Phoenix (league-best 22-3) has won 16 games in a row and had five players score in double figures in a 90-69 victory over Los Angeles on Tuesday. The Mercury also has two of the WNBA's top-10 scorers: G Diana Taurasi is sixth (17.8) and C Brittney Griner eighth (15.6). The 6-8 Griner leads the league in blocks (3.9 per game). Taurasi averages a league-high 6.0 assists.
