Few commuters are taking advantage of the new smooth pavement on southbound Hwy. 65 from County Road 10 to 694. The southbound lanes are open now that construction has wrapped up. Work now shifts to the northbound lanes for the next several weeks.
No problems approaching other work zones at this hour. Northbound Hwy. 169 is flowing freely from Old Shakopee Road up to 494.
Traffic is moving fine on westbound 94 past the closed ramp to I-35E in downtown St. Paul.
Look for things to start building in the next few minutes on the ususal routes, but so far so good.
