As one well-liked Minneapolis rock club closes this weekend to make room for a sports bar (Cause in Uptown), another long-beloved Minneapolis rock club is gearing up to reopen in a space where sports bars have gone before it: The 400 Bar’s (re)construction is well underway on the fourth floor of the Mall of America in Bloomington, and it looks like the first show there will be with Seattle’s Kate Tucker & the Sons of Sweden on July 28.
