The drive on southbound 35E through Maplewood just got a bit more unpleasant as a crash has just moved to the right shoulder at Roselawn Avenue. Traffic was already tight through the work zone, which has the freeway reduced to two lanes. Plan on delays from Little Canada Road in to downtown St. Paul, a 10 to 12 minute drive.
Westbound 94 has spurts of slow traffic from Manning Avenue to 494 and then it's clogged from McKnight Road into downtown St. Paul. Plan on 20 minutes for that trip.
The flood-related delays on northbound Hwy. 169 and 35W are firmly in place. Both routes are bumper to bumper approaching the Minnesota River. Plan on adding 10 extra minutes to your trip.
