A forecast of heavy rains, strong winds and possible hail has prompted the Twin Cities Jazz Festival to cancel its outdoor shows Saturday evening and move most of those performances indoors, event officials said.

Saturday's evening concerts included Melissa Aldana & Crash Trio, the Joe Krown Trio and headliner Dianne Reeves. Event coordinators asked concertgoers to check back for alternate sites, on Twitter @tcjazzfestival and online at www.hotsummerjazz.com/.
