The United States boasts the most productive and sophisticated agricultural system in the world, but it now relies on just one insect, the honeybee, to deliver one-third of the food on our plates. And the bees are dying. Today, the Star Tribune launches a special report on the die-off, its causes and the efforts to stop it.
