Theft: A wooden planter barrel was stolen from the end of a driveway on the 9600 block of County Road 101.
APRIL 17
Suspicious activity: A resident from the 22100 block of Oakdale Drive reported that their driveway alarm went off and barn lights were on. Officers discovered that their adult son had walked up the driveway and gone in the barn to borrow their Bobcat because his vehicle was stuck in snow in the roadway.
APRIL 24
Suspicious activity: A person reported finding a plastic bag containing the remains of a deer on County Road 116 and Larkin Road. Officers determined the remains had been there awhile and disposed of the bag.

Theft: A 51-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for shoplifting at Target, 7000 York Av. S.
Burglary: Two electronic items were stolen from a vehicle parked in a garage on the 6600 block of Limerick Drive.

Theft: A 13-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of theft, giving a false name to police and obstructing the legal process after he was caught shoplifting at Macy's in Southdale Center.

Drugs: A 22-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance following a suspicious-activity report on the 7400 block of France Avenue S.
Theft: A leaf blower was stolen from the yard of a home on the 300 block of John Street.

Drugs: A 26-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Mill Street and Excelsior Boulevard.

Theft: A bicycle was stolen off the porch of a home on the 8900 block of Vinewood Lane.

Animal complaint: A woman from the 1700 block of Deer Hill Road reported finding a pot belly pig.
APRIL 15
Drugs: A 19-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana on the 300 block of Cherry Hill Trail. Two days later, he was cited again for the same offense.
APRIL 20
Shots heard: Officers responded to the 1800 block of Willow Drive regarding multiple shots heard in the area. It was a family trap shooting with a shotgun. They were acting within the guidelines of the city ordinance.

DWI: A 25-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for drunken driving after officers responded to a report of people fighting on 66th Street W. and Interstate 35W.

Drunken driving: A 43-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested for drunken driving on Hwy. 7 and Old Market Road after he was stopped for erratic driving.
