On the opportunity to block for running back Adrian Peterson

"I’m excited. I’ve watched that guy explode on Sundays for the past couple years. So to get a chance to play with him and block for him and do some of that magical stuff in person is exciting."

On if he's talked to Vikings offensive line coach Jeff Davidson

"Yes, I have. I know him because his son Nick Davidson is out of Stanford (offensive lineman), so I’ve met him a few times. I actually met with him at the NFL Combine in the formal interview, and I’ve been in contact with him. He’s awesome."

On how Stanford's offense has helped him develop as an offensive lineman

"I think it’s huge, a big focus on technique. Having that technical emphasis and running an offense that is really pro-style. It gets you really well prepared for the NFL."
