The grind continues for northbound I-35 drivers in Lakeville. At this hour, it's a solid line of nose to nose traffic moving at 15 miles per hour or less between County Road 70 and County Road 50. Thankfully, that should ease next week when the road construction is scheduled to be done.

Drivers on southbound Hwy. 100 are hitting a bottleneck approaching Glenwood Avenue. It remains in place down to Hwy. 7. Northbound slows from Excelsior Blvd. up to Cedar Lake Road.

The one fender bender on the system is on eastbound Crosstown at Clearwater Drive. That's on the right and not impeding traffic.

Eastbound routes are experiencing sporadic slow downs due to the bright sun, something we've not seen for a little while. Otherwise, the relatively quiet and smooth commute continues.
