A bald eagle was hit on southbound 35E at Shepard Road in St. Paul. It's sitting on the right shoulder.

A new wreck on the westbound Wakota Bridge has traffic on 494 backing up in Newport.

In Robbinsdale, southbound Hwy. 100 is creeping along from County Road 81 to Duluth Street. Look out for a large tarp blocking a lane near 42nd Avenue.
